Elizabeth has over 9 years of experience in investments and capital raising for startups across Latin America.

She was previously a Partner at AVP Ventures, a venture capital firm where she built a portfolio of 17 companies and achieved two exits. She also served as Vice Chair of the Board at the Peruvian Seed and Entrepreneurial Capital Association (PECAP).

For the past five years, she has led the WeXchange Women STEMpreneurs Competition as Project Manager—a regional platform that spotlights women founders in science, technology, and innovation. Additionally, she serves as WeInvest’s Ambassador in Peru, promoting greater female participation in the investment ecosystem.
