As Operations Analyst at EWA Capital, she leads projects, programs, ecosystem, and internal operations. As Executive Director of Makers Fellowship, she rebuilt the program from the ground up, launching four cohorts, training over 170 early-stage founders, and growing a regional community of more than 450 members. Earlier, at Mind-Hack, she built a corporate innovation unit from scratch and grew it by 90%.
