Gustavo joined Globant in 2005 — when it was still pre-VC — serving as Finance and Treasury Manager through its growth and IPO in 2014. He went on to co-create Globant Ventures, the company’s corporate venture capital arm. He is a founding partner and Vice President of Urucap, Uruguay’s private equity association, and teaches MBA and Digital Business at Universidad de San Andrés. He holds a degree in Public Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires.
