Alejandro brings 15 years of private equity experience across Colombia and Latin America, with involvement in raising, investing, and managing over US$750M in capital. He has spent seven years leading company turnarounds as a C-level executive, with a focus on disciplined value creation in mid-sized companies across financial services, manufacturing, BPO, entertainment, and real estate. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes, an MBA from HEC Montréal, and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
